We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead strategic brand initiatives for Alaska Milk. This role is critical in driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and market leadership in the FMCG dairy category. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in brand management, a strong understanding of Filipino consumers, and a passion for building iconic brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Leadership
- Develop and execute brand strategies that align with AMC’s business goals and consumer needs.
- Lead brand planning, positioning, and messaging for key product lines.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Oversee the creation and rollout of 360° marketing campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, and experiential channels.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and impact.
Consumer & Market Insights
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies and innovation pipelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, R&D, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of brand plans.
- Champion brand initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.
Performance & Budget Management
- Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor brand health metrics, campaign ROI, and business performance.
