Senior Brand Manager
As Senior Brand Manager you will have full brand responsibility, ranging from strategic brand choices, P&L driven decision making, creating brand campaigns to leading the brand day-to-day. What we ask
Bachelor degree in Business Studies, Marketing or related disciplines.
Minimum 6 years of consumer marketing experiences in FMCG.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Outstanding organizational and project management skills to ensure tight deadlines are met both internally and externally.

Strategize and develop brand plan activities to achieve the target revenue as well as the brand equity. Drive P&L decision-making.
Manage all brand plan & communications that serve both HK & GuangDong
Work closely with various internal stakeholders and external parties when planning and executing marketing projects in a dynamic business environment.
Lead marketing campaigns, new product development launches and implementation (involving brand strategy development and brand communication)
Develop marketing plan for assigned brands based on complete analysis of market, trade and consumer needs and resources and capabilities.
Evaluate brand performance and recommend/ execute appropriate changes in plans to achieve optimal results.
Provide good business judgment in all aspects of marketing for the assigned brands including creative, media, positioning, pricing and promotions.
Embrace data-driven decision-making to lead fact-based discussions.
Experience in coaching, motivating and managing a team member.
