Supply Chain Strategy Controller
As the Supply Chain Strategy Controller you are part of the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Strategy and partnerships finance team and you are the business partner to the Strategy Development Director and program managers. You ensure the financial robustness of the GSC network design in order to advice and support executive BG management on realization of the objectives in terms of E2E efficiency, cost control and profitability.
As finance lead in footprint studies you will ensure a solid business case is in place in order to facilitate high impact decisions. In this job you will face highly sensitive projects, and hence advanced stakeholder management & alignment is required. We are looking for a strong conceptual thinker who is pragmatic seeking implementable solutions and driving for speed.
What we ask
- Master's Degree, preferably in Business Finance
- 5-8 years of working experience in an international business environment
- Finance experience in Operations Finance and/or Sales, with expertise in factories and/or Supply Chain
- Ability to translate business case dynamics from a total RFC perspective into the impact at individual sites and GtM entities
- Proficiency in translating complex matters into clear and concise presentations suitable for senior stakeholders, including Board level
- Concise and influential communicator, working diplomatically and assertively to drive positive outcomes; strong communication capabilities

- Part of core team that continuously develops the long-term strategy on our Global Manufacturing and P&D network
- Issues insights to the GSC MT regarding strategic network decisions with large financial implications, as well as ensuring financial analyses supporting management decisions in accordance with internal (corporate) guidelines
- Financial lead in footprint studies of the Global manufacturing and P&D network (plant closures, greenfield, financial site masterplans). Highly sensitive project with advanced stakeholder management & alignment requirements
- Finance support on selected strategic partnerships deals.

In this role you will be part of the Global supply chain organization and more specifically the Strategy and Partnerships (finance) team. We are responsible for supply chain strategy and optimization. In addition we commercially manage all strategic partnerships related to milk and external manufacturing.
