Key Account Manager France

FrieslandCampina is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) for the retail channel in France. This position belongs to the Retail and Americas organization, a FC business group present in many European countries and Americas, focused on delivering and making available added value products to the consumers.

Key Account Manager France

What we ask

  • You have 4-7 years of relevant sales experience within the FMCG food industry in the French market and a Degree in Business or related field.
  • You have a wide knowledge of the French retail market and have previously managed Key Accounts, building trustful and fruitful collaboration with clients.
  • You have previously worked in multinational companies with matrix organizations.
  • You have good commercial acument and negotiation skills.
  • You understand market, price and promotion dinamics and have been exposed to Revenue Growth Management initiatives.
  • You are positive, curious, and take the initiative. You have a real "can-do" and entrepreneurial mentality.
  • You are an strategic thinker, objective and data driven.
  • You are hands-on and, with the necessary dose of creativity, always think solution-oriented and customer-first
  • You communicate smoothly and have a good command of French and English
  • You are available to travel across France on a weekly basis and also quarterly to the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain, where our global and regional headquarters are based.

Vacancy description

 

  • You will Implement the comercial strategy of the company and build constructive relationships with our clients.

  • You will implement and follow-up promotional actions.

  • You will push the listing of our products in French retailers, negotiating prices and conditions with them.

  • You will partner with the marketing department to successfully launch and roll- out new products.

  • You will analyse market data identifying opportunities and improvement areas, and acting on them.

  • You will follow-up on service level and will coordinate with other departments such as customer service and logistics to guaranteee the best service to our clients.

  • You will guarantee, together with the Sales Force Teams, the fulfillment of the standards set for the point of sales.

The KAM France is a pivotal position in our sales retail organization and reports directly into our Sales Manager France. KAM France leads the client relationships with the assigned French clients and is responsible to build long  lasting and mutually beneficial cooperation with them.
