- You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience in a similar role.
- You have a good command of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word); experience with SAP & Salesforce is a strong asset.
- You work accurately and in a structured manner, with strong attention to detail.
- You are flexible, stress-resistant and able to set priorities effectively.
- You are a proactive team player with strong communication skills.
- You are fluent in French and English.

As a Sales Support Officer, you will be part of the Commercial team in Paris. In this role, you combine strong administrative skills with a customer-focused mindset. You support our French customers in B2B & Retail and work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent service, operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

See all colleagues on LinkedIn- Work closely with the Key Account Managers to support the implementation of account plans and achieve commercial objectives.
- Support Account Managers in processing annual agreements and in launching new products and promotional activities.
- Maintain regular contact with customers regarding operational matters and provide clear reporting.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Customer Supply Chain and Finance.
- Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries and proactively contribute to customer growth.
- Take responsibility for the commercial and administrative follow-up of your customer portfolio.
