Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager
- Supports business development efforts.
- Monitor and follow up the regulations & standards and regulatory trends for IFT, dairy and general food products.
- Forward regulatory information to stakeholders to reduce regulatory risks to FC.
- Provide regulatory assessment to the products’ research and development, and adult nutrition projects.
- Participate in some advocacy activities.
- Participate in project teams and may lead specific regulatory tasks.Response for direct communication of project specifics to external client upon the approval of senior staff.
What we ask
- Undergraduate degree or above in food or related area.
- Over 6 years of regulatory experience in a global leading nutrition company.
- Extensive knowledge of regulations relevant to the area of expertise.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as demonstrated ability to present to senior level internal and external executives.

Vacancy description
- Collect information of legislation of regulation and standards of general food, dairy and IFT.
- Monitor and follow up legislation progress.
- Forward regulatory impacts information to related departments.
- Provides regulatory advises, consults in the area of expertise both internally and to clients.
- Reviews regulatory documents including recipe, label and POSM, in compliance with regulations, guidelines and SOPs to ensure product regulatory compliance of adult nutrition products.
- Keeps abreast of current data, trends, regulatory knowledge, developments and advances in the China and global regulatory environment. Ensure any potential impact to projects or company business have been thoroughly well communicated.
- Provides regulatory support to Business Development.
- Interacts with internal and/or external clients. Identifies and responds appropriately to issues, providing regulatory adequate and/or innovative solutions of adult nutrition projects.
- Coordinate R&D, factory, MKT to ensure regulatory compliance of adult nutrition products.
