We are looking for a self-driven and passionate Sales Professional to lead and accelerate our Dairy Sales business, based in Karachi. This role is pivotal in driving growth and operational excellence, with responsibility for managing a large Direct and Master Distribution network across Karachi and the adjoining coastal belt.

- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
Experience:
- Over 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience within a related or comparable industry

- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a results-oriented sales approach

Strengthen brand presence, improve availability, close sales gaps, and execute targeted growth initiatives. Leverage retail insights to drive data-informed decisions on volume, share, and performance.
Trade & Channel Excellence
Collaborate with Trade and Channel teams to execute initiatives seamlessly, ensuring alignment with regional strategies. Lead VTR planning, design trade incentives, and manage promotions with disciplined budgeting for maximum ROI.
Program & People Leadership
Drive best-in-class trade programs, including Perfect Store and Wholesale Loyalty. Lead and develop sales teams and third-party resources, ensuring performance accountability, structured tracking, and targeted capability building for sustainable growth.
