This role is pivotal in driving growth and operational excellence, with responsibility for managing a large Direct and Master Distribution network across Karachi and the adjoining coastal belt.

- Over 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience within a related or comparable industry

Program & People Leadership
Drive best-in-class trade programs, including Perfect Store and Wholesale Loyalty. Lead and develop sales teams and third-party resources, ensuring performance accountability, structured tracking, and targeted capability building for sustainable growth.
