- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Sales Support) experience in a similar role
- Good command of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word); experience with SAP & Salesforce is a strong asset
- Ability to work accurately and in a structured manner, with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility, resilience and able to set priorities effectively is important in our role
- Be a proactive team player with strong communication skills
- Fluent French and English language skills

As a Sales Support Officer, you will be part of the Commercial team in Paris. In this role, you combine strong administrative skills with a customer-focused mindset. You support our French customers in B2B & Retail and work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent service, operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Key Account Managers to support the implementation of account plans and achieve commercial objectives
- Support Account Managers in processing annual agreements and in launching new products and promotional activities
- Maintain regular contact with customers regarding operational matters and provide clear reporting
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Customer Supply Chain and Finance
- Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries and proactively contribute to customer growth
- Take responsibility for the commercial and administrative follow-up of your customer portfolio
