Brand Manager

Alaska Milk Corporation is looking for a dynamic and driven Brand Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of our Creams Business, while also supporting the Senior Brand Manager in driving growth for Alaska Classic & Creams. This role plays a critical part in shaping brand strategy, accelerating consumer engagement, and delivering strong market performance in partnership with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and implement annual brand plans, marketing calendars, and key initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Lead innovation and renovation projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept development to market launch.
  • Manage the brand's (A&P) budget, optimizing spend and ensuring strong return on investment.Monitor and analyze brand performance, consumer insights, and market trends, providing strategic recommendations and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) to deliver key projects and achieve business targets.
  • Work closely with creative, media, and research agencies to develop compelling, insight-driven communication and brand-building campaigns.
  • Support strategic initiatives and communication programs across assigned product portfolios, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Prepare and deliver brand performance reports, post-campaign evaluations, and business reviews to guide decision-making.
