Medical Marketing Manager
Create best in class Medical Marketing strategy and execution to fuel OMG growth and bring Omega to the next level in competing with IFT brands in consumer perception to dial up expertise in Kids’ nutrition and create superiority in product formulation, including co-developing and co-leading the creation of clinical study with BG team
Develop compelling scientific content to be used in supporting in winning product story in consumer channels as well as medical channels and also responsible for coaching, training, and developing key business stakeholders to well equipped with winning product story.
Establish Strategic partnership with selected Medical Institutions/Associations that in line with strategic direction.
Be responsible for the approved budget to deliver Sales, Profits, Market Share, Penetration, Brand Equity, and ROI on spending.
What we ask
Experience in Medical/Marketing/ Excellence team at least 5 years and have exposure to Pharmaceutical/Nutrition industry
Understand nutrition market conditions, products approaches, to ensure that all activities reflect the actual needs of the targeted audiences and business direction.
Understand consumer, HCP, customers, the competition, WHO and Regulatory framework
Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership skills, result-oriented, self-motivated, and pragmatic.
Data driven with strong analytical & problem solving
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Has demonstrated the ability to work in a team setting and has contributed to the achievement of a team's success and willing to adapt to category nature.
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions.
Able to work under pressure and business dynamic.
Good Command of both Thai and English in speaking, reading, and writing.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Offices and presentation tools.

- Create Medical Marketing Strategy that align with Brand Strategy to achieve OMG growth agenda with sounds rational (Data-Driven)
- Provide clear guidance and strong leadership to drive best in class medical marketing way of work with consumer understanding across organization and partners.
- Ensuring a strong collaboration with regulatory team, compliance and other function at all levels.
- Developing and enhancing medical marketing plans to upgrade nutrition and scientific creditability with education platforms and partnership via both offline and online channels
- Monitoring, tracking and assessing the effectiveness of Medical Marketing activities with agility to ensure the best performance
- Being local brand representative to work closely with Global team in scientific data and clinical study that aligned with brand strategic direction
- Being a leader to create medical marketing to support brand long term plan (12Q) and short term plan (year plan) based on aligned company strategy, working closely with customer and channel representative to integrate the plan to one commercial strategy and execution.
- Develop full year medical marketing calendar of assigned brand/ portfolio and prioritize key activity support based on strategy, target consumer, market trend and competitiveness.
- Lead the development of brand medica marketing campaign and media strategy with key partners including Creative Agency, Digital & Media Agency to deliver the most effective communication & media strategy that builds the desired brand equity.
- Lead on overall medical marketing performance analysis based on key KPI and promptly define key actions for continuous improvement
- Develop and manage implementation of specific medical marketing programs that allows the brand to precisely reach to target audience i.e Hospital partnership program, doctor content etc..
- Keep up to date on medical marketing strategy and execution to consumer and HCP of competitive brands for continuous improvement of plans.
- Coordinate closely with the related function e.g R&D, Brand team, BG, Sales, Shopper Marketing, RA, Legal, Finance, etc. to ensure integration of brand plan into each departmental plans.
- Participate in key commercial meeting with sales team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Manage and maximize A&P budget spending; control working and non-working spending in a ratio aligning to company guideline.
- Maintain liaison with other departments, agencies and suppliers to ensure good cooperation and coordination for the effective implementation of the plans.
