Data & Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Data Analyst Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Power BI, Python, SQL, and fundamental Data Warehouse and Database concepts. Additionally, experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Data Lake, and Azure Data Lake Storage is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on Power BI, Python, and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of Data Warehouse and Database concepts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as ADF, Databricks, Data Lake, and Azure Data Lake Storage is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • PL-300 / Power BI certified is a must have.

Vacancy description

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Utilize Python for data manipulation, analysis, and scripting to automate tasks and workflows.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Understand and apply Data Warehouse concepts to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
  • Work with Azure Data Factory (ADF) to design and implement data integration solutions.
  • Leverage Databricks for advanced data processing and analytics.
  • Manage and maintain data in Azure Data Lake and Azure Data Lake Storage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and cloud technologies.

You'll be part of Global Power BI COE where you'll help in Power BI Adoption through out the organisation as well as helping building capabilities, implementing Power BI Best Practices and Design Principles. You'll also participate in different training programs as well as internal projects.

Team is currently compromises of 8-10 members who are working from different locations from Europe and Asia. This team develop and maintain architecture for the front-end capability, design principles and best practices. Also, deliver trainings and build in house data & analytics solutions for front-end.
