QA Specialist

We are looking for a QA Specialist for this role.
What we ask
- BSc/MSc preferably in Food Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in related role
- Strong, hands-on experience with QA audits, audit systems
- Experience with certification system (e.g. IFS, RA, RSPO)
- Working proficiency in Hungarian and English (both written and oral)
- Confident knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of QM softwares is an advantage
- ERP experience (SAP experience is an advantage)
- Analytical and goal oriented personality
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent coordination and prioritization skills

Vacancy description
QA management – (having) employees comply with and safeguard the proposed QA guidelines
- Raise and strengthen employee awareness of quality risks and ensure they correctly apply existing quality regulations.
Operational management
- Ensure proper implementation of QA methods and systems in the production department in both two shopfloors.
- Be the point of contact for complaints from the production department.
- Together with production, investigate the cause of the complaint and quality problems.
- Implement necessary actions to ensure strict compliance with the hygiene standard and formulate proposals for improving it.
- Active participation and follow-up of department specific CAPA management.
- Actively participate in consultation moments of production and projects to safeguard the quality standards.
- Plan, prepare and provide department specific QA training
- Take on an expert role as a contact person with the suppliers of the various packaging materials regarding quality issues and non-conformities.
- Develop an expert function and stay up-to-date with regard to PRPs, share knowledge with QA colleagues from the various departments.
Continuous improvement
- Formulate proposals for corrections to the implemented quality and HACCP system with the aim of achieving the quality and food safety standard.
- Actively and constructively participate in improvement projects;
