Processing Shift Manager
The Shift Manager at Dutch Lady Processing is responsible for supervising and coordinating all production activities during their shift to ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of milk processing and dairy product manufacturing. This role involves leading the production team, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, optimizing workflows, and meeting production targets.

- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in any food manufacturing industry, with a degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in dairy food processing and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to operate food processing machinery, including conducting troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and cleaning.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with industry standards and practices such as GMP, HACCP, ATEX, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), HIRADC, LOTO/LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
