Being part of our Process Innovation & Excellence department, as a Project and Portfolio Manager you have a critical role in the delivery of GBS strategic priorities through the deployment of a robust Continuous Improvement (CI) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) activities and delivery of assigned projects. This role also supports Business Partners on its journey for providing the best quality services to its customers in line with the Global Process Innovation & Excellence vision.
What we ask
▪ Bachelor or master degree in a relevant area, e.g. Finance
▪ 7+ years of relevant work experience
▪ Advanced experience with project management
▪ Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous
▪ Experience with continuous improvement process
▪ Outstanding communication skills and strong stakeholder management
▪ Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as with ERP system (SAP) will complete the profile
▪ Experience in international organization & cross country collaboration
▪ Experience in a Shared Service / GBS organisation
▪ Understand E2E business processes and translate business problems and value opportunities into process and technology solutions

Vacancy description
▪ Drive execution and alignment of strategy roadmap
▪ Safeguard policies and governance and working according to GBS methodology and governance
▪ Identify value adding opportunities to include in CI/PPM strategy roadmap and drive industry best practices and methodologies
▪ Plays a major role in the Global SSC Process Innovation & Excellence (PI&E) CI/PPM cluster and thus will have responsibilities/tasks with a global scope and will be involved in driving the methodology across the centers
▪ Supports PPM Board meeting ensuring portfolio insights are well highlighted and discussed
▪ Manage and drive Portfolio Management activities in collaboration with BPOs and GBS Management Team to ensure optimal outcome on strategic deliverables and Big Rocks
▪ Manage, implement, and track projects across the centre as well as reporting on key deliverables, in alignment with the global portfolio approach
▪ Managing activities in the team by coaching and instructing junior and medior project and portfolio managers on way of working
