Global Asset Care Excellence Manager
As a Global Asset Care Excellent Manager/coach you are purpose driven, and have a owner’s mindset. Your going to implement and roll out the RFC Asset Care Processes & Best Practices in the plants by building capability in the plant personnel participating in the AM and PM initiatives. This role does not have a day-to-day operational responsibility but needs to collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders to implement strategy and plans to improve reliability. This role would require travelling to sites across locations in the Netherlands.

Vacancy description
- Develop and deliver training programs to build capabilities in Operational Excellence principles and methodologies as part of Our Way of Working
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization to deliver successful transformations
- Roll out and implement the RFC Asset Care Processes & Best Practices
- Lead and nurture community of Maintenance Managers and Reliability & Maintenance Engineers (gather & share best practices, encourage support on technical issues
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Be a source of inspiration & reflection for maintenance managers and their teams.
