What we ask

  • A minimum of 7years working experience and relevant track record working in multinationals in the field of IT.
  • A recognized Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce in an administrative or development capacity.
  • Strong understanding of support and maintenance processes within a Salesforce environment with the relevant certifications.
  • Experience in vendor management and establishing effective relationships with external partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of different types of licenses and their applications within an organizational context for overall SFDC.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills: written and verbal.

Vacancy description

Salesforce Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration and configuration of the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement customized solutions.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, ICF, and optimal performance.

 

Support and Maintenance

  • Work closely with vendors to ensure timely and effective support and maintenance of Salesforce and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing expert-level support to internal users.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and issue resolution.

 

Vendor Management

  • Evaluate vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with vendors to implement best practices and emerging technologies.

 

Release Management

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Salesforce releases.
  • Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure smooth deployment of enhancements and fixes.
  • Develop and maintain release management processes and documentation.

 

License Management

  • Assess the organization's license needs and requirements.
  • Manage and optimize the usage of different types of licenses to meet business objectives.
  • Regularly review licensing agreements and work with vendors to negotiate and optimize costs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, updates, and best practices related to Salesforce and license management.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on industry advancements.
