Credit Control Officer
Run & optimise the organisation and execution of the assigned financial administrations and processes, in line with corporate guidelines and the financial strategy, in such a way that the processes run optimally and results and financial reports are correct and compliant to (local) procedures and legislation.
What we ask
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a Economics related.
- Fresh Graduated or Having work experience in Finance, especially in Credit Control (AR)
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Hard working and able to work independently & team.
- Eager to learn and improve professional skills.
- Good communication skill and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and strong communication in Bahasa and English to build good relationship with Customer and internal FFI.

Vacancy description
- Monitoring timely payment from Distributor, Customer and Intercompany.
- Monitor daily DIFI balance and ensure the balance amount is sufficient for debiting process and follow up if any minus balance in DIFI Bank Account.
- Ensure no overdue invoice in Trade Debtors & Intercompany more than 30 days.
- Manage % overdue invoice in 5% (max) from total AR Outstanding.
- Manage DSO performance in below 21 days.
- Managing AR Unsettlement, to reduce outstanding return deduction and follow up to related parties (Internal & External)
- Month End Closing management (service level & quality)
- Continuous improvement for process efficiency in Credit Control.
