Vacancy description
- Responsible for Ultra Heat Treatment (UHT) and Aseptic Storage of Milk as per quality standard and product specifications
- To carry out CIP of UHT Plant, Aseptic Storage tank (ATS) and its associated lines & Exchangers according to the CIP plan, ensure the concentration of lye and acid before starting CIP.
- Responsible for CCP, QCP, Halal control points, OPRPs and PRPs of his area and maintain record and immediate inform on duty shift in charge in case of deviation.
- Co-ordinate with team leader to reduce the process material losses.
- To implement procedures and processes for regular testing and monitoring of critical control points and process parameters, ensuring consistency in production processes and finished goods quality.
- Should participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives of UHT process by studying and analyzing working principles of the machine. To implement procedures and processes for regular testing and monitoring of operational area requisite points and process parameters, ensuring consistency in production process.
- Ensure compliance with FCEPL rules and all the FCEPL policies during the work.
