What we ask
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy
Min. 10 years technical experience within tablets formulation, excipients application, scale up and trouble shooting
Build strong relations with the technical teams of our customers (e.g. R&D, Manufacturing, Quality)
Strong listening skills and analytical skills to truly understand the challenges that customers are facing
Problem solving skills - translating your understanding of the problem into an approach towards a solution
Persistence in getting the best possible solution for your customer implemented in a short turnaround time
Willing to travel (estimated 40%, depending on circumstances)
High proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English (spoken and written)

Vacancy description
Visit technical teams of our customers (e.g. R&D, Manufacturing, Quality) frequently and maintain close contact
Advise customers on their technical challenges, related to formulation development, troubleshooting, processing, and regulations
Manage customer project pipeline, ensure progress
Participate in industry conferences and events
Organizing and Presenting technical seminars in-house at customers, as well as open seminars for multiple customers
Take responsibility over the technical promotion of DFE Pharma in Latin America
Signal unmet customer needs as input for new innovations
Validation of new innovation ideas with customers
