Join our Systems Organization as Quality & Standards intern and contribute to the development and implementation of structured quality processes, including a PPAP way of working (Production Part Approval Process), for our successful system propositions like Lattiz!
FrieslandCampina Professional & Trading (FC-PT) is a customer led organization, unleashing the full potential of the B2B world. FC-PT wants to be a world-class, global leader in dairy and plant-based value-added, ingredients and solutions, focusing on the direct and indirect customers in the Route to Market.
One ambition of FC-P is to deliver 120.000 machines via various FC-PT System solutions (a system is perceived as a service, consisting of an appliance, in connection with a (locked-in) consumable as well as the service of the years of operations) being brought forward to the market. This to generate EUR 200mn NS/year by 2027.
To achieve this ambitious growth target, a new business unit is formed as one of the FC-PT big bets. The Systems Unit is responsible for launching, driving, and supporting complex solutions consisting out of appliance, consumable and lock-in technology.
As a Quality & Standards Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the PPAP way of working. Your tasks will include defining quality agreements, ensuring clear release criteria, and focusing on injection-molded components across our projects and operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with one of the most effective quality management frameworks used in the industry.

- Affinity with coffee is a nice-to-have.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI is a plus.

Vacaturetekst
Your purpose is to review, develop, and implement quality agreements and operational structures to ensure consistent quality in our systems' components and consumables. A key focus will be contributing to the implementation of the PPAP way of working, with an emphasis on injection-molded components. Specific tasks include:
- Investigating and developing quality agreements for over 70 injection-molded parts produced by external suppliers using FrieslandCampina-owned molds.
- Reviewing and advising on the blueprint for quality agreements during the approval and release phases of projects.
- Supporting the rollout of PPAP processes for selected components to standardize supplier quality and ensure robust operational controls.
- Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the continuous improvement and lifecycle maintenance of launched systems like Lattiz, ensuring operational excellence.

The Systems organization is divided in 5 pillars (Commercial & Innovation, Development & Technology, Quality & Standards, Operations & Partnerships and Installed base & Services) and is led by the Business Director Systems. This position is placed in the Quality & Standards pillar. In this role you will report to the Systems Quality Management Expert. You will closely work together in an international environment with internal colleagues from different disciplines and external parties.
