You like to work with multiple disciplines like IT, OT, Technology, Supply Chain? You like to improve every day? Then we are looking for you: Digital & Data Manager for our Supply Chain. We have the ambition to improve our performance and simplify business or reduce cost by developing digital solutions. You are able to identify and translate business needs in digital solutions. You act as analytic translator and coordinate digital projects and lead multi disciplinary teams bridging the gap between IT and the business. You are using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset and is consistently looking for new opportunities to improve.
Wat we vragen
- Can do mentality, hands-on, challenging the current state, growth mindset, persistent, emphatic and looking for new opportunities to improve.
- Bachelor/Master education or equivalent.
- +4 years of experience as Data and Digital domain;
- Experience working with supply chain data and systems
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
- Conceptual thinker, focusing on next step, next gen
- Capabilities in Project/Portfolio Management
- Familiar in Python, SQL, GenAI/ChatGPT tooling, Databricks or Dataiku
- Prefably experience with ML Ops framework, CI/CD, GIT & Azure DevOps, experience with Microsoft Azure, PowerAutomate and Power BI is a plus

We are looking for a Digital & Data Manager in our Digital Supply Chain Team. In this role you:
- You are bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements
- You deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
- Develop digital tools for our business to enable improvements of our business
- Operate in a challenging landscape of End-to-End Supply chain while tasked to optimize, simplify and standardize our processes by digitalization.
- Use your analytical and statistical methods to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data that can be used to improve business performance.
You will be part of our Global Digital Supply Chain team, consisting of ten teammembers. The purpose of this team of to effectively leverage the power of digital capabilities and solutions to improve Service, Cost and Cash in the Global and End-to-End Supply Chain.
