Change and Communication Specialist

Furthermore effective change management is critical in the success of many IT / Process related projects (system implementations, process optimizations, etc.)

 

The Change & Communication Specialist:

  • Leads the communication within the IT department, communication will be ranging from external communication with our customers and internal communication with colleagues
  • Drives communication agenda, including the organization of events, like seminars, town halls
  • Maintains a center of expertise for change and communication
  • Coaches colleagues in change and communication management
  • Plays an active role in key projects where change and communication capabilities are essential to the success.

Wat we vragen

  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in communication and change management
  • Expertise in communication strategy and implementation
  • Understands the language of IT Professionals
  • A people-focused person that is eager to understand the dynamics within an IT organization
  • Stakeholder communication
  • Expertise in change management methodologies (like PROSCI)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (Spoken and written)
  • Strong writing abilities: Capable of producing clear, concise, and grammatically correct written materials in a professional setting.
  • Professional attitude towards internal communications, cultural support and engaging Continuous Improvement Program
  • Behavior skills like: initiative, persistent, persuasive

Vacaturetekst

  • Define and, after approval, ensure execution of communication plan for IT, in order to keep IT communication channels up-to date with relevant information.
  • Translate this plan into a yearly communication activity calendar for the selected media / communication means; (WebEx, announcements, Newsletters, narrowcasting, sharing success, lunch/breakfast sessions, leadership days, yammer, town hall meetings, Over2You sessions, etc.).
  • Participate within IT communication/ change projects.
  • Coordinates and executes the yearly communication activities: WebEx, announcements, Newsletters, narrowcasting, sharing success, strategy toolkit, introduction presentations, lunch/breakfast sessions, leadership days, SharePoint, yammer, town hall meetings, Over2You sessions, interior design 2e floor etc.
  • Organizing role within events for IT.
  • On content level align with internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain change expertise, drive capability build and training throughout the various project and IT platform teams.
  • Support the operation of capability-building communities to encourage continuous learning and teamwork.
