Do you want to define the strategy for, and own, the Lattiz portfolio of machines, products and services throughout its entire lifecycle?… Join the Systems organization of FC-Professional as Product owner Lattiz. You will ensure that all product propositions meet or exceed business targets: growth of machine installed base, product volume and profitability. you will lead and own the development of commercially viable products from concept to launched product and define the value proposition. You drive changes to increase commercial acceptance and ensure relevance of our propositions throughout the entire product lifecycle. You collaborate closely with internal and external teams and stakeholders, leveraging their expertise and insights to drive innovation, improve product performance, and create value for our customers and the company.
Wat we vragen
- Strategic marketing background with proven 8+ years of experience in concept marketing or innovation marketing preferably in the appliance/durables market.
- Excellent track record in launching concepts, with a focus on industry benchmarks.
- Ability to optimize the sweet spot of user experience, technology and business model
- Proven ability to market innovative concepts and drive value creation for customers and the company
- Preferably a background in machine/appliance technology and/or locked-in systems (appliance and consumables)
- Knowledge of finance management
- Demonstrated expertise in market research and analysis, with experience in generating insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of multidisciplinary project management, with experience in successfully managing cross-functional team

- You will be part of the ambitious Marketing team of the newly formed systems organization within FrieslandCampina Professional. This team is responsible for the portfolio of systems concepts and propositions a.o Lattiz, the project management of the introduction of new applications and driving the international expansion of our FC-professional systems business by unlocking new opportunities, new channels and new partnerships;
- There will be plenty of opportunities for you to grow together with our systems business;
- Own the Lattiz proposition (Machines, products & services);
- Deliver category insights and strategic plans;
