As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the total commercial results in the Belgian market. You will be developing and implementing the commercial strategy of the unit. You will drive an entrepreneurial mindset, continuous improvement, a fact based (digital) way of working, and proper relationship management. In this role you will be the driver of change acceptance and ambition; continuous improvements in efficiencies, commercial excellence.
Wat we vragen
• Academic/Master level with minimum of 10 years experience
• In-depth knowledge of B2B and Foodservice market
• In-depth knowledge of Sales including entrepreneurial and commercial skills, winning mentality, agility

At our production site in Lummen, we process cream and skimmed cream into four different product groups: whipped cream in spray cans, dessert bases, specialty creams, and (ice) shakes for consumers, the hospitality industry, bakeries, and fast-food chains. No less than 80% of the whipped cream worldwide originates from FrieslandCampina Lummen! This production site is located in a traffic-free area where more than 500 dedicated colleagues from various disciplines work together every day to achieve shared goals.
