HR Business Partner
As the HR Business Partner for the Business Group Professional, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. Elvárásaink
- Holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Brings a minimum of 8 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in multinational environments, preferably within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consulting sectors within the Asia region
- Demonstrates the ability to build trust and credibility within matrixed, fast-paced, and culturally diverse organizations
- Proven success in influencing, collaborating, and managing complex global stakeholder ecosystems, including senior leadership, HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and people advisors
- Strong command of data-driven HR practices, using people analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure impact
- Deep expertise in areas such as organizational development, change management, leadership enablement, talent management, and DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion)

- Act as a trusted partner to line managers, promoting a high-performance culture through coaching, leadership development, and organizational capability building

- Design and implement a tailored people strategy aligned with business objectives, budget considerations, and corporate frameworks, in close collaboration with the Business Group HR Director, Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and local HR teams
- Provide strategic support for workforce planning, organizational development, and talent growth, ensuring long-term value creation
You will join the Business Group Professional HR team within Global HR, collaborating closely with the HR Business Group Director, the Professional Management Team, and receiving support from specialized HR functions and Case Managers.
This role reports hierarchically to the Business Group HR Director, Professional & HR Strategy and Transformation, and carries a global remit, supporting approximately 600 employees across more than 10 countries. While the position does not include direct reports, it involves high-impact stakeholder engagement across multiple regions and leadership levels
