As our Integration Capability lead you oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions, combining the strategic oversight with delivery execution of Integration Architect, API architect, and Integration engineers. Enhance the team’s capability to deliver high-quality integration solutions, by managing the Integration domain within the Architecture and Engineering team and leads the Design and Implementation in line with defined standards and best practices.

In order to be successfull in this role, you should have
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in software development with a focus on Integration Architecture
- Proven track record of designing and implementing integration solutions using a variety of technologies (e.g., ESB, API gateways, REST/SOAP web services, message queuing)
- Experience in working with cloud-based integration platforms (iPaaS).
- Good understanding of SAP Technologies like SAP ECC, S4 HANA, SAP CPI and SAP APIM. Knowledge in EDI is also preferred and understanding of SAP MDG or any other master data management tool is preferred, as well as knowledge in Azure Integration Services (Event Grid, Event Hub, Azure Service Bus)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Negotiation skills and effective collaborative skill to work with various (non) technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience in leading technical teams (incl. Architects and Engineers) through complex integration projects is highly preferable

- Define the integration vision and strategy and align it with business objectives and technological advancements
- Ensure that integration solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with best practices and standards
- Identify and plan the development of necessary integration capabilities, driving best integration practices and technologies
- Lead and develop integration professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Manage the delivery of integration projects, prioritize based on critical business needs and collaborate with stakeholders for effective communication and alignment
