Buyer (GBS)
The purpose of our Buyer role is to coordinate and optimize the running end-to-end Procure-to Pay (PtP) activities in EMEA , in line with strategy, policy and guidelines in such a way that the operational and tactical PtP processes run efficiently and effectively meeting the agreed service levels ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Elvárásaink
- University or college degree in Supply Chain or Procurement or Business Administration is preferred
- Knowledge of Procurement applications and processes
- 1+ years of sourcing/buyer/procurement experience is an advantage, fresh graduates are also welcome
- Professional experience at a multinational company or shared service center experience is an advantage
- Excellent proficiency in English (Dutch or any additional European language knowledge is an advantage)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Coupa, Ariba, SAP) is a plus
- Continuous improvement mindset

Pozíció bemutatás
- Sourcing of purchase requisitions based on Procurement policy and sourcing guidelines and Internal Control framework
- Processes Indirect Materials & Services purchasing requests in Smartbuy/Ariba/Coupa/SAP PtP system
- Supports the resolution of invoice mismatches on price
- Changes the Purchase Order if required
- Acts as first line of support on PtP system (e.g. Coupa) related questions via phone and e-mail.
- Makes sure systems are kept clean and data is consistent
- Acts as SPOC for stakeholders and a gatekeeper to the company's procurement process
- Delivers end user trainings on systems and processes
- Participates in process optimization projects
- Implements improvement initiatives
- Participates in transition projects (system and scope), acting as key user or change owner
