- Salary between €3,800 and €5,100 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 10% performance bonus, and a market-standard pension;
- Flexible working hours, hybrid working, plus either a train pass or a travel allowance of €0.23 per km (up to 30 km one way).
- 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of our retail sustainability programs. Day to day, you’ll work closely with the BG EU & R&A Sustainability team, commercial colleagues across over 8 countries, and key sustainability experts in our cooperate team. You’ll coordinate customer program delivery, prepare customer materials, and help keep Regenerative Agriculture initiatives on track across several markets.
You will collaborate with major European retailers, external partners like Ipsos, and occasionally visit farms or other FrieslandCampina locations. Your work helps customers progress on their sustainability goals, supports colleagues with clear tools and insights, and contributes to more sustainable farming practices in our key regions.
In this role, you will take ownership of delivery of the Regenerative Agriculture (RegAg) strategic pillar across 2 Business Groups, by combining key customer program delivery with the responsibility for key projects that enable the broader team to accelerate progress across borders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of RegAg programs, supporting multi‑year partnerships with key retail customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for countries on the RegAg and Nature propositions.
- Work closely with the corporate expert teams to ensure consistency in program materials, tools, and data solutions (e.g., SBTN‑related developments).
- Coordinate the annual Ipsos consumer study across six countries, turning insights into clear recommendations and preparing workshops for commercial teams.
- Prepare materials for customer meetings, including support on contract development and internal alignment.
- Manage the A&P budget for sustainability, including forecasting, reporting, and governance.
