Organisation Development (OD) Specialist

As an Organisation Development (OD) Specialist, you are a key driver of our organizational transformation. You bring thought leadership on OD topics and help shape initiatives that strengthen our organizational effectiveness and future-readiness. Working both independently and in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and project managers, you ensure that change efforts are grounded in insight and executed with impact.

 

Your responsibilities will encompass (1) data analysis, (2) creation of organization health & performance insights (3) organisation design (4) job evaluation (5) train business stakeholders and advise them on organisation development topics (6) project management.

 

This role provides a unique opportunity to help shape the growth and transformation of our global organization.

Drive Organizational Excellence Through Data-Driven Design and Execution

  • Unlock insights into organizational health and performance by leveraging people dashboards, data on spans, layers, and FTEs, as well as culture and sustainable engagement metrics. Translate insights into targeted action plans on critical OD themes.
  • Lead the hard side of change by shaping structures, systems, processes and roles that enable agility and performance.
  • Deliver high-impact organizational effectiveness projects—such as rightsizing, delayering, and optimizing spans of control—aligned with global OD standards and policies.
  • Be a trusted partner in organizational restructuring: contribute to the design phase and provide expert advice and coaching during execution to enhance efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and reduce complexity.
  • Execute job grading, ensuring organizational consistency with the company strategy.
  • Navigate the full impact of change by understanding the critical interplay between organizational design, job grading, and social implications.
  • Build change capabilities by coaching and training stakeholders for smooth and sustainable implementation.
  • Become part of a global OD team known for delivering fast, high-quality organizational development transformations—driven by data, guided by proven standards.

You will be part of the Work & Health team in Global HR. The Work & Health team focuses on Organisation Development (OD), Change Management and Social Sustainability. This function is part of the OD team existing of 8 people based across The Netherlands, Hungary and Malaysia.
