RTR Accountant (Go-to-Market)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented RtR Accountant to join our Go-to-Market Accounting Team. This role is perfect for finance professionals with a few years of experience in accounting who are eager to deepen their expertise and contribute to the financial backbone of our go-to-market operations.
Was wir erwarten
- University or college degree in finance/accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in General Ledger accounting at a multinational company or an SSC environment
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong stakeholder management skills & project management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude and participation in cross-border / cross-functional process improvement projects
- Excellent SAP knowledge, Excel knowledge
- Ability to adapt change

Stellenbeschreibung
You will be responsible for performing balance sheet reconciliations, supporting month-end close activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Your role will also involve process improvements and stakeholder communication within global and local projects.
You are expected to contribute to the team’s performance and ensure that the execution of Record to Report processes are in line with all relevant key performance indicators and targets.
The financial reports need to be compliant to procedures and legislation, while at the same time you ensure quality and timeliness (first time right) of Record to Report output. As you like, you can contribute to the development of departmental policies and to the department’s process and system improvement initiatives. In the end you will join a colorful office environment at a central location.
