The Divisional Activation Specialist role is responsible for driving the effective implementation of customer and channel strategies across designated territories.
This position plays a key part in ensuring the flawless execution of retail visibility programs (RVPs), promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives. By aligning with strategic objectives and leveraging market insights, the role supports business growth through enhanced channel performance, optimized visibility, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The role is respoonsible for the following.
Channel Executions
- Coordinate and execute all Channel & Customer initiatives and activities (RVP) across territories to deliver on set KPIs and growth objectives
- Drive activity compliance with mechanics and ensure promo effectiveness
- Ensure all processes, RVPs and activations are flawlessly executed to deliver the CDSM Set Objectives in both Open Market and Proximity channels
- Develop and execute insight-led tactical regional and territorial Customer & Channel initiatives
- Maximize channel and customer supports for optimal results: effectiveness and efficiency
- Collation and verification of reports for all Channel & Customer activities
Visibility Executions
- Execute visibility in line with channel strategy and AVA objectives across retail outlets for FCW brands
- Support and facilitate the improvement of product visibility at point of purchase, including POP materials deployment
- Management and reporting of all merchandizing and merchandizer activities across channels while leading periodic trainings and refresher trainings for Merchandizers
- Drive execution of planograms within channels to drive conversions at every POP
- POSM Management: Asset management of POP Materials showing proper records of POSM inventories, deployment, usage and audit-in-store situation (by channel)
Internal/external Collaboration
- Manage initiative and activities communication/cascading with Customer and Secondary Sales Force for both Open Market and Proximity Channels
Market Intelligence
- Develop and maintain an in depth knowledge of the retail industry, competition and channel trends and insights to provide inputs to strategic planning of POS development
- Lead data collation and reporting across channels in respective regions on competition activities, value chain evolution, new market entrants
