Controlling Operations Analyst
We are looking for a Controlling Operations Analyst to join the Flexible Workforce within the Global Supply Chain Finance team.
Are you looking for a unique opportunity in Finance within Global Supply Chain with great development opportunities? This position as Controlling Operations Analyst might be right for you. In this flexible role you will contribute to, experience and learn from the different areas in supply chain.
You will be part of the central Finance team, however you will be taking on the responsibilities of Plant Controller, Plan & Delivery Controller, R&D Controller or Performance & Reporting Analyst, wherever we have the highest priority in the Global Supply Chain Finance team. You will jump into these roles on temporary basis, as part of the flexible workforce. It’s a perfect opportunity if you want to develop yourself quickly by obtaining broad experience within Supply Chain Finance, as well as seeing many positions within the supply chain in a relatively short time frame. The role combines many facets of Finance: business partnering, reporting and optimization of both finance as well as operational (production) processes. You play a pivotal role in driving and steering our operational performance, where your analytical and personal skills will be crucial in making and driving the right decisions.

Our Supply Chain Controllers are involved in a wide variety of subjects as well as exposed to diverse group of stakeholders. We are therefore looking for pro-active professional with strong communication skills. You are result-oriented and take the responsibility for the (financial) result and act decisively to drive this.

In addition to the above experience and skills, you also have:
• University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration;
• At least 5 to 7 years of working experience; previous finance experience in a supply chain environment is beneficial but no hard requirement;
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus, both spoken and written;
• Have clear affinity with systems: SAP, PowerBI and MS Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
• Experience in a production environment is a plus

- You provide (strategic) financial insight and make proposals that improve operational performance of locations/department in line with our strategy and objectives
- You perform valuable operational and financial analyzes and report on this (monthly) to the Global Supply Chain and department MT, to ensure optimal cost of goods sold development
- You act as a true business partner for the functional department/locations. When you will take on the responsibility of plant controller, you will be part of the local management team
- You challenge yourself and your colleagues in the field of performance improvements and savings opportunities, while you also monitor financial instructions.

In this position you are part of the central Global Supply Chain Finance team in Amersfoort and therefore have frequent contact with (finance) colleagues in the head office as well as plant controllers on location. Once on location you will also be part of the local management team.
