Development Specialist
• Being accountable and responsible for safety.
• Technical lead innovation and renovation, including VICO and quality improvement projects, and ensure they meet all requirement (marketing, regulatory, production, quality, and financial needs and according to FC corporate standard).
• Develop recipe, supervise, and support the preparation of lab scale, and pilot scale sample.
• Manage and lead the production scale validation with the result meets consumer expectation as well as to fulfill the requirement for FDA registration, quality, and operation requirement.
• Manage and evaluate product stability and complete the full report of product shelf life.
• Perform test and select the new raw materials as assignment with resulting in consistency of finished product.
• Support Production for fine tuning the process parameter and setting up final specification of products.
• Manage raw material specification, product recipe and specification in SAP PLM and ISO system or document control (both of internal and external)
• Monitor R&D trends, competition launches, and technical knowledge to create products that are competitive and cost effective in market environment.
• Build networking and work with regional and global expert team on product development project.
Wat we vragen
• Bachelor degree or higher in food science or related field
• Understanding of ingredient functionality and their interactions
• Dairy technology and processing
• Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in product development
• Self -initiate and manage multiple projects/tasks independently.
• Good analytical, problem-solving skill, interpersonal skill and team work.
• Fluent in English communication

3. Performing lab scale testing, pilot testing and production trial for NPD and product implementation including investigate the result during all trial runs.
4. Investigating product stability and shelf-life study of products as assignment.
5. Selecting new raw materials of new or existing product with acceptable quality and prepare raw material specification.
6. Prepare the product and process specification of product according to the food standard to be the guideline for production, QC or involved department to practically implement in working area.
7. Monitoring new product and R&D trends, competitors, and technical knowledge to create the competitiveness of products.
8. Building knowledge network and work with expert team.
9. Providing product technical knowledge and conduct a training.
10. Support the document concerning SAP/ ISO/ HACCP/ GMP system.
