Channel & Category Development Manager/Assistant Manager (Trade Marketing)
We are hiring talents for Channel and Category Development (Trade Marketing) to lead the development of data-driven channel and category strategies that support our Sales teams and drive in-store activation, visibility, and distribution growth. The role involves aligning brand and channel plans, supporting regional sales through insights and joint business planning, and executing in-store programs to enhance shelf presence and performance.
Key objectives:
This position is responsible for the development of high quality insights-driven channel & category strategies, and supporting Sales organization in execution of Consumer and Channel Activation plans focused on in-store visibility and activation, distribution and (national) promo plan.

- Experience: At least 02 years working experience in relevant position for FMCG industry (experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Category Management experience a plus.

- Proactive, confident, and able to work under high pressure

1. Drive the development and implementation of trade category plan for total channels
- Participate in developing and deploying category trade plans aligned with brand and channel needs.
- Localize growth plans across regions and sales channels.
- Ensure activation readiness by preparing tools and materials.
- Conduct deep dives into performance metrics to identify growth drivers.
- Align category initiatives with in-store execution plans.
2. S&OP (Commercial Planning)
- Participate in MBP and 12Q planning cycles.
- Support demand forecast review and data alignment.
- Monitor execution progress against category KPIs.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely input submission.
3. Shopper Centricity & Omni-Channel 360
- Integrate Category, Channel, Customer, and Competitor insights into commercial activation strategies.
- Co-create winning in-store execution plans.
- Drive alignment between brand and channel communication plans.
- Ensure flawless 360° campaign delivery across touchpoints.
4. Revenue Growth Management
- Define and implement Price Pack Architecture (PPA) jointly with Brand.
- Ensure pricing strategies deliver both competitiveness and profitability.
- Evaluate trade investment ROI and optimize allocations across channels and brands.
