KL beginnings, now driving cross-border collaboration
Muhammad Habibullah, though most people just call him Habib, is a People Services & Solutions Officer based at FrieslandCampina’s KL Hub. Originally from Malaysia, Habib began his journey with the company at Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad as an HR Generalist. There, he managed a wide range of responsibilities, including local HR operations and immigration matters for international hires.
Today, Habib plays a key role in onboarding for Malaysia and the Philippines using Horizon’s Onboarding 2.0 platform. He also ensures the accuracy of employee data and contributes to continuous system enhancements that support a more efficient, people-centered HR experience. His journey took a turn when he transitioned from a local OpCo role into the shared services space. It was a big shift, but one that opened up new opportunities to learn, collaborate across borders, and be part of a bigger transformation in how HR works at FrieslandCampina.

Forging a blade, takes heat and pressure to shape strong
One of Habib’s most meaningful achievements has been his involvement in the successful launch of Finder for Wave 1 countries, alongside helping set up the Asia HR Shared Services. By supporting the Onboarding 2.0 implementation and cross-country rollouts, he has helped lay the groundwork for future success across the region.
Habib views challenges as opportunities; believing that just as a blade is forged under heat, resilience shapes excellence. His hands-on role in transforming HR processes has strengthened not only his technical skills but also his ability to work across cultures and regulatory environments.
For him, each hurdle was a chance to build resilience, sharpen his skills, and contribute to something bigger than himself.
