- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, information management, statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within B2C analytics or consumer insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as SQL, Python, PowerBI, Databricks.
- Experience with data management & data modeling principles.
- Familiarity with consumer analytics platforms and methodologies.
- Experience working within an agile team environment is a plus.

As a Data Product Analyst, your role encompasses analyzing data and designing data products to drive consumer insights and business growth. Key aspects of your responsibilities include:
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate actionable insights that inform data product development.
Design Models & Analytics Products:
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Discover analytics requirements & design data models, BI reports, or other analytics solutions that fulfill user needs and drive efficiency.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with commercial teams and analytics developers in an agile environment to deliver end-to-end analytics products.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics in a B2C context.
- Apply new techniques and tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
