Our new Social Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager will help enhance brand presence, engagement, and sales for Friso in Vietnam. The focus will be on leveraging key digital platforms, particularly social media and e-commerce, to reach target parents, build trust, and drive conversions in a highly competitive and regulated industry.

- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all digital marketing and social commerce activities strictly adhere to the WHO Code, Marketing in IFT of FrieslandCampina, and Vietnamese regulations, including those related to breast-milk substitutes. This is paramount.

- Proven experience (min 7+ years) in social commerce, digital marketing, or brand management, specifically within the Vietnamese market.
- Demonstrable experience working with infant formula, FMCG, or health/nutrition brands is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese social media landscape (Meta, TikTok) and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada).
- Strong understanding of social commerce trends in Vietnam, including live commerce and influencer marketing.
