Category Marketing Manager - Brand building & Social first
Do you love to build brands, drive relevance, and accelerate growth across Asia by leading social first marketing strategies, elevating capabilities, and supporting regional innovation roadmap. Then we are looking for you.
In this role, you will be an expert in brand marketing working in close collaboration with the country marketing teams to shape compelling brand narratives and deliver commercial impact through consumer-centric execution.
Ce que nous demandons
- Experience in brand marketing, communications and digital.
- 8+ years in relevant CPG/agency marketing and sales with demonstrated record of achievement and advancement, MBA preferred.
- Solid understanding of brands & marketing strategy.
- Experience in working across Asian markets.
- Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and knowledge.

Strengthen brand power and relevance via social first strategy & elevated visual identity :
- Champion strategic thinking and development of compelling brand narratives that connect with consumers in a culturally relevant way
- Drive the shift toward a social-first marketing approach by partnering with regional creative agencies
- Lead development of brand world and visual identity for all key brands across Asia to drive consistency and impact
Drive growth of core portfolio via commercial excellence & improved A&P effectiveness:
- Monitor and analyse relevant market trends and harness consumer, customer and shopper insights by partnering to strengthen our implementation effectiveness
- Collaborate with Global media team to enable application of relevant media insights, support media planning as well as drive adequate media support on Core portfolio
- Review, benchmark and set framework to measure impact and efficiency of A&P spends across key marketing and promotion channels
Elevate Asia marketing capabilities:
- Share and embedding best practices on Mental availability, Activation and promotion
- Enable integrated narrative development & storytelling capabilities across all marketing /mental availability channels by applying a standardized, scalable process
Support Asia scalable bet innovations:
- Strengthen the execution of innovation pipeline by integrating Core brand foundations (narrative and visual identity) together with the innovation lead & local brand lead
- Support validation and roll-out
