In this role you will act as the strategic HR leader and trusted advisor for FrieslandCampina Hungary OpCo, driving the people and culture agenda, enabling business performance, and ensuring compliance with Hungarian labor law and corporate policies. Partner with senior management to translate global HR strategy into impactful local initiatives that build organizational capability, engagement, and leadership strength.

Ce que nous demandons

• University or college degree in Economics or Human Resources

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in multiple HR leadership roles, preferably at a multinational company and matrix organization

• Excellent language proficiency in Hungarian and English

• Strong end-to-end process knowledge for own HR function, in depth and up to date knowledge of Hungarian labour law

• High level of strategic thinking, system thinking and decision making skills

• Commercial acumen – understanding the commercial priorities and financial principles to ensure People plan is in line with strategy

• Service-oriented, flexible and credible; strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Structured, analytical and execution-focused; able to prioritise and make pragmatic decisions

• Self-driven change champion with an innovative, solution-oriented mindset

• Professional presence, discretion and sound judgement; resilience and proactivity

• Experience in complex matrix, multinational environment as well as with manufacturing environment

Key Accountabilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: Advise country leadership and management teams on people strategy, organizational design, and change management

• Talent & Workforce Planning: Lead recruitment, succession, and talent development initiatives aligned with business needs

• Employee Relations & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Hungarian labor law and company policies; act as employer representative in HR matters

• Performance & Engagement: Drive performance management processes, employee engagement, and retention strategies

• Leadership Development: Coach and develop managers to foster a high performance culture and effective leadership behaviors

• Organizational Development: Support restructuring, capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal leaders, HR capability pools, and external partners

• Employer Branding & Communication: Represent FrieslandCampina externally and strengthen its reputation as an employer of choice in Hungary
