In this role the main goal is to bring the Supply and S&OP performance to the next level by:
- Connecting Demand and Supply on the Strategic / Tactical and Operational (for Cross BU / BG) horizon
- Improving our processes and systems in a sustainable way.
Ce que nous demandons
- Master Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or (Technical) Business Administration
- Knowledge of supply chain management, planning and inventory management principles such as S&OP, Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, MPS and MRP
- APICS (or equivalent) certification in case degree(s) is not in SC Management
- 3-4 years’ experience in Sales and Operations Planning in FMCG or Food environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of and experience with planning systems: SAP ECC, APO, OMP, PBI
- A strong drive for customer satisfaction and operational success
- Enthusiastic, able to motivate and engage with colleagues, management and cross functional stakeholders throughout all organizational layers
- Experience with working in multi-functional and international teams in a matrix organization
- Organizational sensitiveness/cultural awareness
- Continuously looks for opportunities and improvements within daily work context and take ownership in implementing solutions
- Willingness to travel regularly to our manufacturing sites
- Fluently in English and Dutch, written and spoken

- Prepare / Support monthly Demand & Supply Balancing (D&SB) and BG S&OP meeting incl. scenario management, storytelling & decisiveness
- Demand consolidation and Business Partnering cross CSC / OpCo / BG
- Own MBR and 'Tier Improve' Process for KPIs (Inventory Volume-Value-Days, P+ and Waste/write-offs/obsoletes)
- Key contributor to the monthly write-off / obsoletes management process
- Jointly with other S&OP planners set standards and define templates for Supply Review, D&SB and BG S&OP and monthly performance review and management information
- Perform clear analyses and communicate these in a clear way
- Lead and participate in (improvement) projects and take functional ownership to simplify, standardize and optimize (e.g. safety stock settings, reporting, cycle stock / EBQ) focused on both processes and systems
- Key-user for reporting (PBI)
- Lead RCCP (12Q Capacity outlook)
- Support flexibility / agility analysis (e.g. contingency for FP, RM & PM)
- Able to backup one of the Supply Network Planners (e.g. during holiday)

As S&OP Planner you will be part of Supply Planning Professional. The total Supply Chain delivers Cream, Butter, Milkpowder and Encaps products.
This role is positioned central with a strong link to the Cream team. Lummen delivers high-end cream products (Spraycan, PET, Bag-in-Box) to a global distribution network for Horeca&Bakery and QSR customers and Nuenen delivers mainly fresh cream for Industrial customers.
The Cream Supply Planning team is based in Amersfoort, Lummmen and Nuenen and consists of 4 Supply Network Planners, 4 Inventory Coordinators, 8 Material Planners and 6 Schedulers.
As S&OP Planner Cream you have a strong interact with the S&OP planners of Encaps and Butter & Milkpowder.
The S&OP Planner reports to the Global Supply Planning Director FCP.
