Junior Channel Manager

We’re looking for an enthusiastic professional to help grow FC-P penetration for both Horeca and Bakery. In this role, you’ll support local channel managers and the commercial team in executing targeted marketing plans tailored to specific touchpoints—both online and offline—throughout the customer journey. Whether it’s crafting compelling campaigns for chefs and restaurateurs or engaging artisan bakers with inspiring content, you’ll play a key role in driving brand impact and commercial success.   • 1-3 years relevant work experience
  • Academic/ Master (WO) level
  • Proven experience in either event management or digital customer experience, preferably both
  • Understanding customer-centric way of working
  • Excellent communication skills & good stakeholder management
  • Experience in project management is a pre
  • Customer focus: great curiosity for customer (operator) understanding and experience with an outside-in view
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours at times
  • Dutch and English (both verbal & written skills)

Your responsibilities:

  • Execute channel and customer-centric marketing plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery at the right touchpoints
  • Safeguard brand consistency and marketing execution in collaboration with Channel Managers
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey across all interactions with FC-P
  • Work thoughtfully with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts and maximize impact

Hands-on – for OTIF delivery and flawless execution

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve OTIF execution/ delivery of plans (products/ services) and delivering to customer needs/ expectations. Flawless Execution, having attention to detail and precision in executing plans (ensuring a smooth customer journey and/ or brand experience).
  • Planning and Coordination: Strong project management skills to plan and coordinate various aspects of the customer journey, ensuring all components are aligned for successful execution.
  • Timeline Management: Ability to create and adhere to timelines, ensuring that each step of the customer journey is executed efficiently (with a close eye on cost, quality and time).

Digitally savvy

  • Being skilled at using digital tools and technologies relevant to a customer journey (eg. digital touchpoints/ platforms) and project related (such as project management software and CRM systems). Using digital platforms for data analysis to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and overall journey metrics.

Communication skills – collaborating with cross-functional teams (therefore conveying plans effectively)

Effective Verbal and Written Communication:

  • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey plans, updates, and information to cross-functional teams.

Collaboration:

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams from different departments, understanding their perspectives and conveying your plans effectively.

Feedback:

  • Establishing a feedback loop for continuous improvement, incorporating learnings from each customer journey to enhance future experiences
