Brand Manager

At FrieslandCampina Hellas we are looking for an experienced Brand Manager who will join our Marketing team, and will be located in Athens, Greece.

In this role, you will be responsible to develop & implement the marketing strategy and plan for the assigned consumer brand/product category,  reporting to the responsible  Marketing Manager.

Elvárásaink

  • Bachelor and Master degree in Marketing or Business related field
  • At least 4 years of marketing experience in brand management of FMCG industry, preferably in Food & Beverage sector
  • Holistic business understanding, commercial acumen, results oriented
  • Team player, decisive and persuasive
  • Excellent communication and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in digital and social media platforms and technologies
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Pozíció bemutatás

  • Strategic Planning: Contributes to the development of the Marketing Strategy (including brand, portfolio, communication, media and pricing strategy) & 12Q Plan for the assigned Brands. Ensures consistency of agreed Brand Positioning and Architecture principles in all marketing and brand plans.
  • Strategic Execution: Has the ownership to drive the OTIF and successful implementation of the Marketing Strategy. Develops Annual Brand Plans & Budget in full alignment with Trade Marketing and Sales as to deliver business objectives. Budget management, ongoing monitoring & control.
  • Brand Communication: Responsible for the communication briefs & debriefs, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders. Works closely with creative and consumer research agencies, so as to develop effective marketing campaigns and BTL promotional plans. Participates in the creation of Media & Digital Marketing communication plans. Understands the power of different touchpoints and orchestrate the delivery of overall media plan and digital strategy. Holds responsibility of brand sponsorships and experiential activations. Responsible for Packaging development of existing or new SKUs in collaboration with the agencies.
  • Brand Performance: Actively gathers & analyses data on Brand and Market performance. Tracks & analyses performance of competitive activities. Drafts required marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Generates meaningful conclusions & strong insights and proposes improvements and new ideas.
  • Actively participates in the Brand forecasting process, prepares forecast files and coordinates with the teams to ensure flow of information and alignment.
