Product Developer Excipients

We are looking for a pro-active, result-driven product developer in our R&D team.
As product developer in excipients you are responsible for setting-up, performing and reporting of several projects in all phases of excipient development and/or application from concept to commercialization.
What we ask
- Pro-active, result-driven, team player.
- Academic level in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Material Science, Physical Chemistry, Food/Powder technology, or related.
- Fluent in English.
- Powder characterization experience.
- Experience in research or product development is a preference.
- Experience in formulation of oral solid dosage forms with lactose, microcrystalline cellulose and/or superdisintegrants is a preference.

Vacancy description
- Set-up, plan and execute excipient projects and application studies from concept to commercial production.
- Drive and inspire the development of companywide knowledge and expertise.
- Reveal and explain mechanistic understanding to management and other stakeholders.
- Proactive collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team across different departments
- Identify and share trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Present your findings in scientific meetings.

- You will report to the Product Development Manager.
- The work location is at the Novio Tech campus in Nijmegen (The Netherlands).
- Incidental traveling to production locations and customers belongs to the job.
