Development Specialist Lattiz
What we ask
- A HBO/WO degree in food technology, food science, (bio)chemistry or chemical engineering.
- 5+ years working experience in food or appliances development.
- Ability to set up, run and analyse experiments independently.
- Strong skills in dairy analysis and machine/system analysis.
- Experience with data processing and data analysis (Python is a plus).
- Structured, concise and able to draw clear conclusions.
- Hands‑on mindset; comfortable in lab and technical system environments..
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Our compensation benefits for this position will be the following:
- Your salary will be based on the weighting of your job, your experience and your training.
- Fulltime work week of 38 hours per week.
- 25 days of leave per year, with the opportunity to buy/sell up to 5 days per year.
- An additional short-term incentive plan (Bonus) of 10-% (at target).

Vacancy description
In the Lattiz Systems team, you work at the intersection of dairy science, machine performance and data. You will run hands‑on experiments, analyse both product and system behaviour, and translate your findings into concrete improvements that strengthen reliability and in‑cup quality. Your work directly contributes to a unique, high‑complexity beverage system used by professionals across Europe.
You collaborate closely with R&D, Systems Engineering, Design, Commercial and Operations to turn insights into practical solutions. You set up and execute trials, process and interpret performance data, and help define next steps for system and product enhancements. You join a dynamic, growing team with strong ownership and end‑to‑end accountability—where your expertise helps drive the future of the Lattiz platform.
