Quality Manager Systems
We are seeking a dynamic Quality Manager who rigorously upholds the integrity of quality within our business by implementing a unified quality management system and by fostering collaborative teams, creating alliances, and cultivating partnerships with internal colleagues and suppliers. You should demonstrate adeptness and capabilities in implementing significant changes within established and unprepared environments. Moreover, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and possess detailed knowledge at a granular level within the durables (CE-regulated appliance and food) industry.
You will be ultimately responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality management system that addresses all relevant disciplines, crucial suppliers, and elements of the product lifetime phase for all operations carried out under the auspices of the Systems organization's business. Systems Business comprises of a Product (example: Food recipes), Package (Plastic Injection molded parts and package), Appliance (example any coffee machines, dispensers etc.). - Engineering, CE regulated appliances or sub-systems and food industry;
- Plastics and food (pro);
- Experience in managing or/and setting quality in Systems businesses;
- Proven relevant (7y+) experiences in integral quality management (ISO 9001, 14xxx);
- Proven relevant (5y+) experiences and knowledge in systems quality management;
- Proven track record in designing and introducing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14xxx);
- Proven relevant (5y+) QA experiences in appliances, complex plastic sub-systems or mechatronics;
- In-depth knowledge of multi-disciplinary Project Management.

Vacancy description
- Manage the overall Quality of the Systems Business product portfolio which includes Product, Packaging, Appliances;
- Quality engineering for plastic injection molding and mechatronics;
- Provide direction when needed for the Quality Team members in execution of daily activities such as projects related to NPD, LCM, Verification and Validations;
- Create, implement and sustenance of the comprehensive QMS elements aligned to ISO 9001, IEC electrical Safety Standards & CE regulations;
- Co-build Supplier Quality Data Base in collaboration with Operations and establish Supplier KPIs and maintain appropriate quality standards with all Suppliers (Internal & External);
- Own Quality KPIs and Targets, responsible for owning actions to ensure Business meets all Quality KPIs;
- Represent Quality in Business and also at Management Level regularly;
- Conduct Trainings as needed and act as change element to implement structure which is needed for Business;
- Own Cost Management, People Management related to Quality Department/Pillar;
- Deep Diving when needed to Manage Customer Complaints impacting Quality KPIs;
- When needed manage the CE compliance and RA topics via external/internal consultants /stakeholders.

One ambition of FC-P is to deliver 120.000 machines via various FCP System solutions being brought forward to the market. This is to generate EUR 200mn NS/year by 2027. To achieve this ambitious growth target, a new business unit was formed as one of the FC-P big rocks.
The Systems Unit is responsible for launching, driving, and supporting complex solutions consisting of appliance, product, and lock-in technology.
Your Key Stakeholders will be the Customer Supply Chain Director FCP, Head of Procurement RFC, Head of Service & Installed base and Head of Development and Technology.
You will be part of the Systems Leadership Team and direct managing 3 team members. Of course you have an important role in engaging & coaching the whole Systems organiastion as part of the Leadership team.
The location you will be working is around 50% in our Research Center in Wageningen and 50% in one of our factories in Nuenen.
