In Market Activation - Support delivery of annual financial plan as measured through market share, topline performance, margin and profit. - Work internally with Sales & Channel Development to elaborate Shopper Marketing plans and lead in-store execution - Work externally with Media, Communication, Digital, and Activation Agencies to execute Brand plans and to deliver results expected from promotions and activations Results: Achieve:
Innovation Management - Work with cross functional teams and make proposals for projects documents. - Prepare & coordinate all required inputs for different projects gates. - Lead packaging and product development - Track & Monitor Innovation KPIs. Results
A&P management - Put together Yearly A&P plan. - Track & Monitor A&P spend to ensure ‘’actual is in line with forecast’’. - Drive Return of A&P investment on all promotional activities. Results
