Channel & Category Development Manager
To drive profitable sales and category growth within and across DLMI categories in the channel by identifying channel-specific opportunities and strategies
Ce ne dorim
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in an MNC, including managerial roles in Account Management, Trade Marketing, or Brand Management.
Strong knowledge of channel/customer and category management, trade marketing, and category products.
Proven experience in business planning, project implementation, and team management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills; willing to travel.

Descrierea postului vacant
To drive profitable sales and category growth within and across DLMI categories in the Channel through:
Identifying channel-specific opportunities and strategies (at a total DLMI level – i.e., cross-category level) based on an in-depth understanding of the Channel’s individual objectives, growth strategies, needs, and target shopper.
Translating these opportunities and strategies into detailed channel plans by category – including POP activation plans, customized promotional programs, and tailored assortments where appropriate.
Championing channel-specific insights and needs throughout the business.
Ensuring DLMI is able to leverage its total size, scale, and expertise within the Channel.
Championing DLMI’s Perfect Store initiatives and facilitating the four-step process: define, execute, measure, and learn to continuously improve.
