April 10, 2025. FrieslandCampina has been awarded as one of the "2025 Greater China Best Workplaces for Women™" by Great Place to Work™. This honor highlights FrieslandCampina’s commitment to its core values of “Act with respect, Aim higher, Succeed together,” and further proves that the company is a leader in creating an outstanding workplace.

This year, 53 companies made the list, and FrieslandCampina was one of them. According to survey results, 92% of female employees feel they experience a fair and equitable work environment at FrieslandCampina. FrieslandCampina’s focus on creating a diverse and inclusive workplace for women has fueled impressive business growth. The company saw strong performance in both global and China markets in 2024, with double-digit growth in its Specialized Nutrition segment in China. Friso continues to lead in market share in the import infant formula sector, ranking number one in mother-and-baby stores and traditional e-commerce.
