Marjet joined FrieslandCampina in 2018, initially working in HR administration. When the Health Services moved to her location, this was a great opportunity. She began as a Health Support Officer, an administrative role, where her frequent interaction with Health Case Specialists sparked her interest in this position. After discussing her ambition with her manager, FrieslandCampina supported her in pursuing further education. Once she completed her studies, a Health Case Specialist (Casemanager) role became available.

Marjet is naturally caring, making her role as Health Specialist a perfect fit. She manages absenteeism across multiple locations and works closely with employees and managers to support reintegration — helping people return to their roles or transition to suitable work.
““What I enjoy most is working with people. I guide managers and employees through every step of the reintegration process, ensuring clarity and care. Thanks to quick coordination and the right tools, we can act fast — for example, by connecting employees with a psychologist when needed. That timely support really makes a difference. It’s really nice to do this job at FrieslandCampina because the tools the company provides allow me to truly help", Marjet explains.
